Follow these steps to set up access to your schoolcare parent or student portal.
Your school will send you an email or letter containing your portal URL, an access code, and an initial password. Check your inbox — and your spam folder if you don't see it.
Visit the URL provided by your school. The portal works on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. No app download is required.
On the login page, click Create an Account. You'll be taken to a new screen to begin the account setup process.
Type the access code and initial password exactly as provided in your school's communication. Click Next to continue.
Create a secure password you'll remember. Choose something strong — mix letters, numbers, and symbols. Follow any on-screen guidelines for length and complexity.
You're in. Use your new credentials to access your dashboard. We recommend adding the portal to your home screen so you can open it with a single tap.
Access to specific sections of the portal is controlled by your school's administrator. Each user role (parent, student, staff) sees only the information relevant to them. If you believe you're missing access to something, contact your school admin.
